My name is Michelle and I am just a (semi) normal girl trying to incorporate more green food into my life. I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian. I have a carnivorous husband and two little girls who love to watch cooking shows with me and won’t leave me alone in the kitchen.
I started this blog to keep me on track after I made a New Year’s resolution to ‘eat more green food’ last year. I am in no way a professional cook, but if you are I think that’s awesome.
